When you are ready to discuss creating your pet memory, please either send me an email or contact me by telephone and we will arrange a time to discuss your requirements.

Once we have discussed and agreed your design I will require you to send your personal items to me to encapsulate by recorded delivery which allows your items to be tracked and delivered more securely.

Once your treasured keepsake is ready this will be sent back to you also by recorded delivery.
